我通过安装 RVM 解决了这个问题。它自动安装了 Ruby 2.3.0 然后我尝试 gem 安装 jekyll，它安装成功。

在 CentOS 6 & 7 中你可能会遇到同样的问题，即使你已经安装了 ruby && ruby-devel.

要解决这个问题，请安装 gcc 和 make。
