我大约 6 个月前在 mac GitHub 上安装了它并且运行良好。在我有一小段时间没有使用它之后，我完成了所有的升级（mac、GhitHub 等等）。今天又用了GitHub，但是用时间线的时候不想修改文件。例如：
我已经创建了一个文件 X，当我返回 GitHub 的时间线后，该文件仍保留在我的查找器上。过去此文件已被 GitHub.
删除
我已经尝试做一些事情，例如重新安装它或授予更多权限 (chmod -R ./repository 777) 或再次下载存储库，但问题并没有消失。
升级到 OSX El Capitan 后，我需要关闭系统完整性保护才能正确地对 运行 执行目录修改命令。
要关闭系统完整性保护，请按照以下说明操作
1) Reboot your mac and press “cmd+r” when booting up. This will cause
your mac to start in recovery mode.
2) Then go into utilities > terminal.
3) Execute the command below:- csrutil disable
4) Execute the command below:- reboot
