您不能使用 PL/SQL 类型,因为它们只为 PL/SQL 所知(从 12c 开始,这不再严格为真 - 请参阅 UPD)。此外,java 无法直接看到包内创建的任何类型。
您应该在模式级别创建一个 SQL 类型。 SQL 类型对所有人可见并可供所有人使用。
