您应该创建 WAR 或 JAR 包，而不是 RAR（用于资源存档）。

如果您打算公开一些网络内容（包括 REST 网络服务），请使用 WAR 包，如果您打算只编写业务逻辑，请使用 JAR 包。

如果项目在maven等构建控制工具下，只需更改打包节点值，否则应在IDE.
