好的.. PFB 修复。
$JAVA_TOP/Oracle 路径下没有 jbo 文件夹（文件）。
作为临时修复，从 11i 中取出文件并放置。
重新编译了访问 jbo 文件夹的 java 文件。
运行 adcgnjar 并反弹 APACHE + OACORE。
问题已解决
