os.environ['TCL_LIBRARY'] = r'C:\Program Files\Python35-32\tcl\tcl8.6'
os.environ['TK_LIBRARY'] = r'C:\Program Files\Python35-32\tcl\tk8.6'

将路径替换为正确的 python 路径。如果你的 python 路径是 C:\Python36-19 那么你会想要做

os.environ['TCL_LIBRARY'] = r'C:\Python36-19\tcl\tcl8.6'
os.environ['TK_LIBRARY'] = r'C:\Python36-19\tcl\tk8.6'
