只是 运行 应用程序工作正常,但调试总是在编译步骤失败。我尝试使用这样的标志进行构建并且它起作用了,所以我真的不明白为什么会这样。有人有线索吗?

这已在 this issue and it's Go issue 中解决。

解决办法是升级到Go 1.9.2或更高版本。
