velocity engine 2.0 已经有一段时间了，但是 velocity 工具还没有升级。
据我了解，velocity tools 3.0 将与 velocity engine 2.0 一起使用。
maven repo 中最新的是 velocitytools 2.0，但这个依赖于 velocity 1.6
