C# 文本从文本框到字符串数组

Question

我想通过按按钮 3 将文本框的文本添加到字符串 [] 数组，我的值将添加到新数组并清除文本框。

Button1 是向上排列，Button2 是向下排列。

我做了这个但是没用:

                if (array[arr1] != "")
                {
                    arr1--;
                    textBox1.Text = array[arr1];
                }
            }

                arr1 = 0;
            }
        }
        private void button3_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)

            array[arr1] = textBox1.Text;
            listBox1.Items.Add(array[arr1]);
            arr2++;
            textBox1.Text = "";

将 arr2++ 替换为 arr1++ 如下
