如有可能，请先返回 ConstraintLayout，就像您上次回答的那样。不一定需要，但会推荐。
其次，由于 NavigationView 的 elevation 不同，所以 elevation 的差异可能导致闪烁。

所以我建议您将以下内容添加到您的 FragmentContainerView
