从 ObservableCollection 中删除项目抛出 System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException：[行：0 位置：0]

Question

Xaml当使用 LongListSelector 与数据绑定到 ObservableCollection 时，使用 VS2013 创建的 WP8.1 应用程序解析异常。

在从集合中删除一项之前一切都很好。奇怪的是，只有当 Canvas 位于 Grid.Row="1" 时才会产生异常。

如果 canvas 位于 Grid.Row="0" 上，则一切正常。
