Heka 每 15 秒将调试输出写入文件？

更新：我已从 DashboardOutput 中删除 ticker_interval，但问题仍然存在。

显然 DashboardOutput 将 ticker_interval 从默认值 0 覆盖为 5，因此为了摆脱这些字符串，应将 ticker_interval = 0 添加到其配置中。
