{@inheritdoc} 替换为 @ERROR

我最近在一台新笔记本电脑上为 PHP 安装了 Eclipse，并检查了 TYPO3.Flow 的软件包，但每当我在 Eclipse 中使用 "format this file" 选项时，它都会替换所有实例{@inheritdoc} 在上面的注释注释 properties/methods 中带有 @ERROR!!! （包括感叹号）
我在PHPStorm 中试过，那里没有出现这种行为； {@inheritdoc} 注释被简单地忽略了。
我以前从未见过这个，在 google 上也找不到任何相关信息。为什么会这样？
