Hibernate 配置正确,您应该使用 C3P0。如果您正在为每个请求创建 SessionFactory,那么您看到的连接数超过最大池大小的唯一方法。

从您的配置中,我看到 DAO 是作为原型创建的,这很不寻常,因为它们应该是单例的。确保 LocalSessionFactoryBean 也没有使用原型范围。
