Microsoft Azure announced support for Parse. Azure App Service does have free plans but there will probably be some minimal costs (probably pennies) for ancillary storage services and bandwidth. I would suggest starting a 1 month free Azure trial 如果您还没有通过 MSDN 订阅获得 Azure 额度，看看它是如何进行的。
