折叠工具栏和 DrawerLayout

只要 Fragment 在 Activity 的根部膨胀（变成 container_main）就可以正常工作。
所以 Activity 的布局看起来像这样：

现在我想将 DrawerLayout 添加到我的 Activity 中，这就是我卡住的地方。
我通过添加 DrawerLayout 更改了 Activity 的布局。
然后将上面提到的Fragment膨胀成同样的container_main，但是视差和NestedScrollView都不起作用了。
