我没有在您的应用程序的 dependencies 部分中看到对您的图书馆的引用。如果你的库和你的应用程序在同一个解决方案中，请确保你使用 target: project 像这样：

project.json of ASP.NET 核心项目：

}

否则，NuGet 将以包的形式查找您的库，而不是在解决方案中查找。
