MSSQL 无缘无故开始工作很慢

也许在 windows 10 中进行了一些更新后，MSSQL 服务器开始工作非常缓慢并且无法打开，在 windows 启动时，我想可能是一些 windows 防御者 delay/issue 但在关闭 windows defender 后没有任何变化。

有没有人遇到同样的问题，当 mssql 无缘无故地开始工作时非常糟糕。
