XSL-FO 背景图像损坏生成的 pdf

我正在从下面的这个 xsl 文档生成一个 PDF。我正在尝试添加一个背景图像来覆盖整个生成的 pdf，但是当我在第 12 行包含 <fo: block-container> 时，它会不断破坏生成的 pdf。有没有另一种方法可以生成背景图像或者我有什么东西我这里做错了吗？
