问题是您正在按照当前版本文档中的教程进行操作，但实际上安装了 PyMongo 2.8。

insert_one() method is new in PyMongo 3.0 now backported in PyMongo 2.9。很明显，您需要安装 PyMongo 2.9 或更新版本才能使用新的 API 功能。

error: could not create '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pymongo': Permission denied
