为什么没有开源 Vmware Vagrant 插件？

我正在阅读一些 vagrant 并意识到要在 workstation 或 fusion 之上使用 vagrant，您需要在 vmware 产品之上获得许可证。

The problem is that the language in the EULA for VMware's software
developers kit (SDK) makes it almost impossible to create for-fee
software using any of the SDKs provided by VMware.
