我没有尝试保存光标图标并加载它，而是想到了一个不同的想法。

我注意到，每当我更改光标图标（假设使用代码更改为某个随机图标）时，每当我转到 windows 光标设置时，图标都没有更改，但是没有应用按钮来应用我之前的设置，因为 windows 认为我正在使用这些设置。
