默认情况下 URL 您正在使用 returns HTML。

您需要调用：https://www.swapi.co/api/people/?format=json&search=Luke+

您的目标 API 似乎只支持 SSL，但 Node 的 HTTP library only supports plain-text requests. Try using their HTTPS 库。
