git 配置无法识别

我不能运行 Pyscaffold putup 因为它告诉我，我的 git 用户名和电子邮件没有设置。不过它们已经设置好了。

我这样设置 git 配置：

git config --global user.email "mark_e@smith.com"
git config --global user.name "MarkESmith"

其中字符串为 user.email 和 user.name，并且未使用您的用户名进行参数化。
