我终于搞定了。我认为我的实际问题是，在 pod repo update 之后，FirebaseUI 从 5.2.2 更新到 6.2.1。出于某种原因，cocoapods 认为 FirebaseUI 6.2.1 与 FirebaseAuth 5.2.0 兼容。这些不兼容。如果您尝试同时使用这两个库，则会出现上述错误。所以我又删除了我的 podfile.lock 和运行 pod deintegrate 一次以清除所有内容。然后我将 pod FirebaseUI, '5.2.2' 添加到我的 podfile，运行 pod install，它成功了！

我另外将我的 cocoapods 从 1.5.3 更新到 1.6.1，这可能也有帮助。
