I have enabled pause config like this

 endpoints:

端点配置属性自 Spring Boot 2.0 以来已更改。要启用 /actuator/restart、/actuator/pause 和 /actuator/resume，您需要使用 management.endpoint.restart.enabled=true。也不要忘记将这些端点包含在 management.endpoints.web.exposure.include.
