我使用 conda 激活了 venv

$源激活/home/sim/anaconda3/envs/myenv

我在venv(myenv) sim@ma-Vostro-15-3568:~/flask/venv$

python3 -m pip install psycopg2

我试过pip3也

python --版本为3.6

错误如下
