我已经在 windows 10 上安装了 XAMPP。运行 Apache 和 mySQL，工作正常。我正在测试 Perl，它也能工作。但是它无法连接到 mySQL，所以我尝试安装 DBI，但 DOS 无法识别 PPM 或 CPAN。于是我安装了ActiveState-Perl，然后用CPAN安装了DBI，结果如下。
