请注意，一般情况下，用 C 编写的 PostgreSQL 扩展在 Linux 上可用，但并不总是在 Windows 上可用：但即使使用 Windows 7，您也应该能够创建一个 Linux 带有 VirtualBox 的虚拟机在 Linux 上安装 PostgreSQL 和所有可用的扩展。
