我想创建这样的视图:

  1. 对于来自两个 table 的公共 fund_isin 字段值,检查 member_ratio 字段中的 member_descr = 'O' 并获取 [= 的所有行41=] 来自 table,其中 member_ratio 字段值较低。对于 member_descr = 'O',如果 IS_ID_TST table 中的 member_ratio 对于任何 fund_isin 都小于 0,则始终从 IS_ID_TST table(在这种情况下,我们不需要比较来自 IS_ID table 的数据,因为会员比例较低)
