刚刚找到了一个变通方法来获得与 .Visibility“Hidden”或“Visible”相同的结果。相同的结构，相同的 Panel.Zindex="n" 用法，但我没有使用按钮修改 ZIndex 值，而是隐藏或显示顶部的图层。但我确信有更方便的行动方式，所以如果你有解决方案，请 :)。
