核心服务作为 Windows 服务运行，而不是来自 IIS。打开 Windows 服务并确保 Tridion Content Manager 服务主机是运行。

所以做好这两件事就可以了：

确保您在 IIS
并且 windows 防火墙开放了 2660 端口？

运行一个netstat -tan看看2660上有没有运行ning，如果没有就进不去。

此外，如果您运行从本地系统或其他服务器获取代码，以防 netTcp 无法正常工作，请尝试使用 wsHttp 或 BasicHttp （前提是您的服务器核心服务中有这些绑定 web.config）
