1. 正在正确初始化 VideoWriter
- VideoWriter的宽高参数必须与当前帧一致
  - 如果您正在读取输入视频，您可以获得像这样的宽度和高度：

- 但是如果您打算调整框架的大小，请将宽度和高度设置为新的大小
