警报声明给出错误的 UWP 应用程序？

我在APPX(Package.appxmanifest)文件中添加了报警声明，但是看不到添加的锁屏功能，我是不是做错了什么？
只需执行以下步骤：
打开 appxmanifest 设计器，在应用程序选项卡上，将锁屏通知更改为 "Badge"。
切换到 Visual Assets 选项卡和 select Badge Logo 并指定日志图像。为了测试目的，只需简单地指定默认包含在项目中的LockScreenLogo.png。
